The evolution of technology routes has never been a single path: breakthroughs in LFP do not mean other approaches lose value; building out charging networks takes time and capital and is not impossible to catch up on; and there are multiple ways to improve user experience. There's no word on when the Robot Phone will be available as an actual product you can buy. For now, it's an interesting take on a smartphone, though we'd really need to spend more time with it to see how useful the robotic part really is.
